I appreciated the breakfast choices. I discovered many options. the hotel staff were professional and friendly, addressing requests promptly. the beach and pool provided diverse activities for my children. They liked it. i found the option for both a beach and waterpark enriching.

wonderful stay with amazing food

We stayed for 3 nights and had the kinabalu king room sea view. the staff was friendly and full of smiles, i really appreciated that. the breakfast was delicious, especially the nasi lemak. the activity rooms for both kids and adults was perfect for our activities! the pools, slides and beach were amazing. We really had fun at the pool.
the air conditioning in our room wasn't great. we were sweating while we slept. it wasn't just in our room, my sister experienced the same issue. i hope the hotel can fix this soon.

our kinabalu king room sea view was as expected. the hot water bathtub worked perfectly. the hotel gave us an upgrade for a reasonable price. the bed was really comfortable and clean.

The sunset view was beautiful. sapi island was close by. It featured amazing azure waters. we visited sapi island with star marina, and the staff took care of us. the hotel is located near the airport.
